Are these original OEM batteries?

No. STARNOVO batteries are high-quality aftermarket replacements designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications. Built in our Shenzhen facility using the same battery cells(UL, IEC62133 Certified) and protection circuitry as our standard models.

Do you provide commercial invoices for customs?

Yes. Every wholesale shipment includes a Commercial Invoice, country of origin (China), and declared value matching the actual transaction.

Can you handle customs clearance for us?

For orders 200+ pcs we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping — duties and taxes included in the quote. For smaller EU orders: a €3 per-package processing fee and import duty are prepaid, so you pay nothing extra upon delivery.

What if a battery model is discontinued?

We specialize in legacy and hard-to-find P/Ns. Send the old battery photo and we'll match from our thousands of SKUs inventory or build a custom replacement.

Do you offer drop-shipping or white-label?
