2. We dispatch within 1–3 business days via tracked air small packet.
3. You receive a tracking number by email — fully traceable from Shenzhen to your door.
4. Delivery — handed over to your local postal service (USPS, Royal Mail, La Poste, Deutsche Post, Australia Post, etc.) for final mile.

🔋 Important: Lithium Battery Shipping Notice
Because our products contain lithium-ion batteries, they are classified as Class 9 dangerous goods for transport. Here's what you need to know:
l ✅ All shipments comply with IATA / ICAO / ADR regulations for safe transport of lithium batteries.
l ✅ Batteries are packed with short-circuit protection (terminal insulation, individual wrapping).
l ✅ Full tracking number provided via email after dispatch.
l ❌ Cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote islands. Please provide a physical street address.
l ❌ International buyers from EU are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. a €3 import handling fee (IOSS/VAT prepayment) is included in the shipping rate shown at checkout. No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
l ❌ Opened or installed batteries cannot be returned for safety reasons (see our Refund Policy).

l No tracking update for 15+ business days — we will reship or issue a full refund.
