Yes. Each battery undergoes strict QC testing including voltage, capacity, and short circuit protection checks. It includes built-in PCM (Protection Circuit Module) against overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, and short circuit. Certified under UL, IEC62133, UN38.3 standards.
What is the cycle life?
Typically 300–500 cycles depending on usage habits and charging conditions. To maximize lifespan, avoid deep discharge below 10% and extreme temperatures above 45°C / 113°F during charging.
My battery arrived but doesn't power on. What should I do?
First, ensure the battery connector is fully seated and the device is charged for at least 30 minutes before first use. If still no power, try reseating the connection. If the issue persists, contact us for troubleshooting or replacement.
What is your return/warranty policy?
We offer 30-day DOA / 12-month warranty from delivery date. If the battery fails to hold charge, swells, or has physical defects, contact us with your order number and a short description. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, physical abuse, or unauthorized modification.
Do you manufacture custom battery packs or rebuild old batteries?
Yes, we do. We offer custom battery pack design and assembly based on your specifications (voltage, capacity, dimensions, connector type, and PCM requirements). We also rebuild old battery packs using fresh cells while reusing your original casing and connectors where possible.
